Rupert Murdoch and former Prime Minister Kevin Rudd are in a major battle that has turned dirty with Murdoch’s media trying to smear Mr Rudd by implying he is somehow involved in the Jeffrey Epstein paedophile scandal while Murdoch is concealing his own close relationship with Epstein.
Murdoch’s attack on Kevin Rudd is blatantly linked to the current campaign and petition that Kevin Rudd is promoting calling for a Royal Commission into Rupert Murdoch and the Australian media. I wrote about the petition on the 20th of October when it had 339,000 signatures and it has now passed 429,000 signatures and has gained national and international media attention. When Murdoch attacks Kevin Rudd he is really attacking the 429,000 people who signed the petition as that would be a great concern to him. Murdoch knows if he lets it get out of hand it could mean big trouble as he has previously had to front government inquiries in the UK to justify the crimes he and his staff commit running his papers which includes bribing police and bugging phones etc for stories. The links are relatively weak between Kevin Rudd and Jeffrey Epstein and there is no proof that they even knew each other but Rupert Murdoch’s relationship with Jeffery Epstein is another story. Murdoch’s phone numbers show up in Jeffrey Epstein’s personal black book which was tendered as evidence in court proceedings a couple of years ago as per below.
Jeffrey Epstein was convicted of being a paedophile in 2008 and was released from jail in 2009 after a corrupt deal with prosecutors. The black book with Rupert Murdoch’s phone numbers in it was tendered as evidence in a court case in 2015 so it looks like Rupert was friends with Epstein after he was a convicted paedophile.
Rupert Murdoch has always refused to answer questions about his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein but Rupert wouldn’t give his personal phone numbers to just anyone. And why won’t Rupert answer questions about the relationship? What is Rupert hiding? It is also known that Rupert Murdoch is likely friends with Epstein’s alleged co-conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell as they do know each other.

Ghislaine Maxwell and Rupert Murdoch
Murdoch ran the below story in the Sydney Telegraph a couple of days ago:
The story relates to Jeffrey Epstein making a donation to the International Peace Institute which Kevin Rudd chaired. The SMH reported:
Kevin Rudd says he was “blindsided” to learn that the late paedophile Jeffrey Epstein donated $650,000 to the International Peace Institute (IPI) – a think tank that he has chaired and vice-chaired for six years.
The former prime minister was forced to declare that he had been on a teleconference call also attended by Epstein in 2014 and attended an event while an MP in 2013 in New York where Epstein was also invited but has “no recollection whatsoever” of ever meeting the deceased financier. Rudd responded in The Guardian:
“I don’t deny that this is intrinsically an important matter, but to plant it across the front page of the newspapers as an exclusive would even be challenged by the normal ethics of the media as an institution given that it was extensively reported 12 months ago in a number of newspapers around the world.
“So what’s the bottom line here? Yes, this is a legitimate story. But plastering it with smear across the front pages of the Murdoch press at a time when my petition has just passed 400,000 angry Australians, angry with the Murdoch media monopoly. Go figure.” (Click here to read more)
Kevin Rudd isn’t backing off and he Tweeted the below yesterday:
Rudd has also set up a website: http://newsroyalcommission.com So, it looks like it’s game on.
Rudd has also received support from former Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull who signed the petition and Tweeted the below message:
I’m no fan of Kevin Rudd and Malcolm Turnbull but its a bit like the saying “the enemy of my enemy is my friend”. Murdoch isn’t just trying to silence Kevin Rudd he is trying to silence everyone who supports Kevin Rudd and signed the petition.
If Rudd doesn’t back down things will heat up and Murdoch’s grubby business practices will backfire.

What of all those other multi media people who were on Epstein’s flight log records ?
Must have been reading my mind – Of course Murdoch Media are going to attack Kevin Rudd given he launched a Royal Commission against it! The Royal Commission should also analyse the Liberal Govt’s 2017 media laws that enable bigger media companies to get even bigger – eliminate restrictions separating broadcast media from print and allow media companies to own more outlets in a city. And let’s look at the results – Sky News (Murdoch) Fox News (Murdoch); then in 2018, Nine Entertainment Co.take over Fairfax Media – making another big monopoly in the Australian Political Reporting Market. Then Channel 10 (CNN) and lastly Seven West (Kerry Stokes) 4 major companies dominate and control the political media in Australia and who gets voted in; and all have strong affiliates with the Liberal Party. The same party that is trying to get rid of the People’s Media – ABC News. And while they wait for the opportunity they are sabotaging within by hiring Murdoch Journalists to control the ABC. It’s time for a BIG INDEPENDENT royal commission to look at this corrupt network between these 4 players and the Liberal Party! And Peter Costello’s influence as Nine Entertainment Chairman, while the media laws were introduced to make bigger media bigger – you scratch my back and I’ll scratch yours!!!!!
