Police Officer Daniel Keneally charged with fabricating evidence. Press release by victim Luke Moore regarding the arrest

NSW Police Officer Daniel Keneally has today (4/10/22) been charged with fabricating evidence which led to Luke Moore being jailed for 3 weeks before he received bail. Mr Moore was wrongfully charged with threatening to kill a police officer after Daniel Keneally lied in a police statement.

This matter has been dragging on for almost 2 years and I published an article on the 1st of December 2021 titled “Senator Kristina Keneally’s police officer son, Daniel, is facing over 10 years jail for making a false statement and having an innocent man jailed” which has all the evidence. I published the below video last Thursday (29/9/22) titled “Police Commissioner Karen Webb lies under oath regarding corrupt police officer Daniel Keneally” and it went viral on Saturday and Sunday and currently has over 84,800 views:

Today (4/10/22) the LECC published the below statement:

The NSW Police published a statement after the above LECC statement which says:

A serving police officer has been charged following an investigation by the Law Enforcement Conduct Commission (LECC).

Following inquiries, LECC requested the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) review their brief of evidence in relation to an alleged incident on Wednesday 24 February 2021.

The ODPP provided advice to LECC, before a 24-year-old constable was issued with a future court attendance notice earlier today (Tuesday 4 October 2022).

The constable – attached to the Central Metropolitan Region – is due to appear at Downing Centre Local Court on Thursday 17 November 2022, for the offence of fabricate false evidence with intent to mislead judicial tribunal.

The officer’s employment status is under review. (Click here to see on the NSW Police website)

I published the below video on the matter today (4/10/22):

Luke Moore issued the below statement today (10/4/22):

NSW Police Commissioner Karen Webb will again be giving evidence under oath at the NSW Parliament budget estimates hearing sometime between the 24th and 28th of October 2022 which will be interesting given, as I pointed out in the first video above, she has since been caught out lying at the budget estimates hearing on the 31st of August 2022.

    • Like every thing, the State of NSW is a corrupt, lying cesspool! Another typical example of what a disgrace NSW is, the whole of that Government and Police should be abolished and replaced with Real People, that uphold the law, not abuse it for their own nefarious gains!!

  1. Police and politicians are setting the example of how to behave, If they stuff up they should get the maximum penalty, if not people will lose faith in the law and take their cues from these people on how to behave.

  2. It took me almost half a lifetime, but I now clearly understand why they are nicknamed “pigs”. Dirty as hell.

  3. Could be suggested that the credibility of the NSW police disappeared some years back, become experts at covering up from within when it suits their needs.

  4. “Cock-a-doodle-doo” … there’s going to be a few male and female chooks wings clipped with this episode. IMHO, I think some chooks should be seriously considered for the pot. Suddenly, “Out of the (NSW Police) Blue”, the writing on the wall has become very clear indeed. Good work KCA!
I’ll have chips with mine …

  5. When police, rangers, inspectors of various sorts and similar are suddenly given power over the public, many let it go to their heads and start acting like little Hitlers. If convicted of abusing their powers, I reckon an automatic doubling of their sentence might give them pause. O.K., I`m in a forgiving mood, say 50% more.
