Kerry Stokes defamation trial
On the 14 April 2014 known perjurer, adulterer and Seven West Media Chairman Kerry Stokes instituted frivolous and vexatious defamation proceedings against me and this website but hid behind his lawyer and sexual partner Justine Munsie. The matter name is Munsie v Dowling. Kerry’s incompetent son Ryan Stokes also joined the proceedings in 2015 after he was caught abusing his position as Chairman of the National Library of Australia for the benefit of his father.
Three days later (17/4/14) Mr Stokes also instituted contempt of court proceedings against me for breaching a super injunction. The super injunction was that corrupt it only lasted 3 days.
They have dug such a huge hole for themselves they are now running scared.
Latest News
A final hearing was heard in one day on Monday the 24th of April 2016 by Justice Stephen Rothman in the NSW Supreme Court. The judgement was reserved and I will update when a decision is delivered.
On the 9th of September 2016, after Kerry and Ryan Stokes spent 10 months avoiding a hearing, the matter was set down for hearing on the 24th and 26th April 2017. It should have been kicked out given that Kerry and Ryan Stokes had failed to prosecute the matter. I doubt their lawyers will show up.
Directions hearing set for 2pm Friday the 9th of September after I tried to have the matter dismissed for lack of prosecution.
Next court date: There is no future court date set at this point in time as Kerry Stokes is too scared to go back to court. Stokes did manage to get the bribe taking Justice David Davies to throw out my defence in a judgement published on the 4th December 2015. If Kerry Stokes truly believes he was defamed why hasn’t he rushed to get a final judgement? The reason is Stokes will be made to look like the joke he is.

Next court date: 30/11/15 Kerry Stokes has filed another dodgy notice of motion to have my defence struck out. This is the second application and just another time waster. Mr Stokes is being represented by corrupt barrister Sandy Dawson and sleazy Addisons lawyer Richard Keegan.

In July 2015 Fairfax Media and the ABC’s Four Corners program reported that NSW judges had been bribed $2.2 million by the Mafia. Maybe the above judges also benefited from the Mafia bribe.

Currently there is no future court date set. Stokes is too scared to go back to court because the court is due to issue orders for discovery and for Stokes to answer interrogatories. This is major problem for Stokes as he has previously been caught perjuring himself and he does not want to be caught again.
I had until the 2nd of April 2015 to file and serve a new amended defence in response to Kerry Stokes / Justine Munsie’s new amended statement of claim.
Next hearing date: 2 February 2015 – Stokes notice of motion – to in effect have me redo my defence (time waster by him) along with my affidavit regarding discovery and interrogatories (what Stokes is avoiding).

In court (Wednesday 11/6/14) Justice Adams said to me that he will read my submissions later, handed some submissions straight back to me without reading them and then immediately issued orders (Click here to read) giving Kerry Stokes and his barrister Sandy Dawson what they wanted. A clear pre-determined judgement by Justice Adams. He has no shame. He reserved his written reasons which I suspect that will be a long time coming. This countries judicial system has gone to the pack, your story is not only truly reflective of what others who are attempting to bring to the public’s attention the deep rooted corruption of our legal system, my thoughts are with you and you are not alone.
Shane, the entire court system is corrupt, a recent court hearing in QLD My friend was involved in the judge called his Constitutional defense a load of Garbage and said that QLD was a sovereign State and he did not recognize the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act. My friend is going to apply for the transcript but thinks they will doctor it up before he gets it so as to delete the judges comments about not recognizing the Constitution Act even though S. 5 of the Constitution states that all judges are subject to this constitution. he is nothing but a Coram, ( a person relegated to the bar table who is in fact nothing more than an employee of a private corporation and is not dejure.
This so called judge should go to jail for 25 years for treason.
