Penny Wong, Australia’s foreign Affairs Minister, has blamed Iran, as per the below video, for Australia’s fuel crisis, which is straight out of the Israeli / Zionist propaganda manual.
The reason Australia has a fuel crisis is because Israel and the USA attacked Iran, and Iran is doing everything they can to defend themselves, which is what you would expect.

In the below video (25/3/26), Penny Wong is asked by The Greens’ Senator Nick McKim what the government is doing about fuel prices and availability.
Senator Nick McKim had already asked one question, which Penny Wong waffled on with her answer, and the below video is Senator McKim’s 2 follow-up questions.
Penny Wong attacks The Greens and blames Iran for “attacking other countries in the region who had nothing to do with the war” and attacking civilian targets.
But what Penny Wong doesn’t mention is the “other countries” have US bases, soldiers and radars that were used in Israel’s and the US’s attacks on Iran nor does Wong mention the thousands of civilian deaths in Iran by Israel and the US.

In the last question in the above video, Penny Wong is asked about price gouging on fuel prices, but again, Penny Wong deviates to attack The Greens for not criticising Iran when Penny Wong refuses to criticise Israel and the US for starting the war, and in fact, Penny Wong supports Israel’s and the US’s war against Iran.
Penny Wong also attacks The Greens for not criticising Iran for killing protestors, but I have never heard Penny Wong criticise Israel for the 70,000 Palestinians killed by Israel in Gaza or mention the fact that the UN has found Israel has committed genocide in Gaza.
On the 24th of March, which was 2 days before the above video of Penny Wong pushing Israeli / Zionist propaganda in the Australian parliament, Penny Wong had a phone call with Gideon Sa’ar, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Israel, who promoted the phone call on “X” as per below. Labor Party focuses attacks on The Greens on behalf of Israel and Zionists
Attacking The Greens and implying they are supporters of Iran is obviously a Labor Party tactic, given a Labor Party Senator, who most people would have never heard of, has jumped in bed with Murdoch’s The Australian for the attack.
Labor’s Victorian Senator Raff Ciccone, who is the “Chair, Joint Committee on Intelligence & Security” and “Chair of the Senate Foreign Affairs, Defence and Trade Legislation Committee”, posted on “X” on the 27th of March, 2026, the day after Penny Wong’s Israeli / Zionist propaganda in the above video, the below comment:
Selective outrage doesn’t advance peace – it undermines it.
The people of Iran deserve freedom and dignity, the people of Israel deserve safety and security, and both deserve a future without fear.

The Labor Party jumping in bed with Rupert Murdoch and Lachlan Murdoch to attack The Greens will embarrass many Labor Party supporters.
Senator Raff Ciccone is right when he says, “Selective outrage doesn’t advance peace – it undermines it,” and Labor’s “selective outrage” in support of Israel and Zionists is a disgrace that is fooling no one.

When Australia’s foreign Affairs Minister Penny Wong is promoting lies and propaganda for a foreign country in Australia’s parliament, the same as a paid shill like Erin Molan is on social media, Australia has a massive problem.
Erin Molan is getting paid for her propaganda for Israel either by cash or quid pro quo. So, what is Penny Wong’s motivation for her propaganda for Israel?
The Labor Party has a massive problem as well, because just as the likes of Scott Morrison and Peter Dutton did irreversible damage to the Liberal Party, Penny Wong and others are doing irreversible damage to the Labor Party with their support for Israel’s and the USA’s war against Iran and others.

The Labor Party have lost me. Anyone with ethics should be shouting at Albanese and Wong for their Zionist stance. They’re bombarding the Greens with insults because the Greens are loudly repudiating the drivel and lies from Labor.
As a once pround Labor supporter I am thoroughly disgusted. The Greens have won me because of their strength of ethics. (As a regional voter, Independents aren’t always running). Labor are completely devoid of principles under Albanese. Its very, very poor leadership.
Thank goodness for the Independents. I have always thought of Labor against War. Evidently not. I will not vote Labor again. They are just as war mongering as the LNP. What is the difference?? I’m pleased I was kicked out of the local branch of the Labor Party. Labor being part of the American war machine is not what I consider Australia needs.
Politics comes before people as usual..! Fuel shortages & high pricing of everything is causing great discomfort & worldwide economic havoc but through this entire mess there is no thought or compassion extended to the oppressed Iranian people… those whose beloved relatives.. sons & daughters, have willingly stood their ground and lost their lives for freedom from tyranny. That’s far more than inconvenience & economic stress. Politicians, media & the wealthier communities should hang their heads in shame..!! Wars are ghastly but personal freedom is a necessity & should be fought for by those nations who value it.
And apparently the best way of helping those poor, oppressed Iranian people is to carpet bomb them out of existence.
I had to turn off that video because I could feel my blood pressure going through the roof. Wong has always attacked The Greens rather than face the music and deal with the actual question. It’s her MO. She’s a very dishonest person. She knows full well Israel and the US attacked Iran and they are simply defending themselves. But she’s very good at twisting the truth. How many people are taken in by her BS? I hate to think. It seems to be working for her so far.
Did Penny Wong mention the 170 or so school girls MURDERED in Minab by a US missile on the first day of the Iran attack?

I like what some Iranian leaders recently said, something along the lines of “They are either raping little girls or murdering them”, “The Espstein pedophile class”, so true and pure gold statments.
Wong is joining the significant decision makers in the Labor Party who support Israel from at least 2000, when now NSW Premier Chris Minns enjoyed a Zionist sponsored education visit to Israel in 2001 and again in 2003 on a Future leaders sponsored education visit with Bill Shorten (see Trove). Neither were politicians at the time. Shorten has had at least one more visit in 2016 with Richard Marles (photos available). Education Minister Jason Clare also was Zionist sponsored to Israel in 2008, as has been Treasurer Jim Chalmers in late 2016. Liberal politicians too have enjoyed similar visits to Israel, and many other Labor and Liberal politicians are loyal Israel supporters, such as Labor former Defence Industry Minister Mike Kelly. None of them notice the atrocities on the Palestinians (Muslims are called animals by Rabbi’s and Zionists – has been reported in the media). Of course Labor doesn’t want criticism from the media, Israel or the USA which is a factor in this loyalty.
If anything this war (sic) has opened our eyes to the truth of Zionist/Eretz Israel capture of the political classes in the USA & Australia.
The odious sycophant,Wong,cannot bring herself to question the legality or conduct of this unprovoked,imo,attack on Iran & the disastrous consequences for the rest of the world. Has anyone in the major parties expressed dismay & abhorrence of the murder of the innocent Iranian schoolgirls by the USA on day 1? I’ve never liked this mealy-mouthed and disingenuous woman. She has a history of lacking in sincerity. From early on what was striking is, just how much of a career politician she is. she will change stance and tact with the way the wind is blowing if it serves her. She seems completely divorced from issued that personally affect her and rather focuses on the optics. Maybe our expectations are too high of MPs in general, that being an expectation they are there to do a job; they work for US. We pay the bills. What is not a high expectation is that they are public servants on our payroll, something they seem to quickly forget.

I support Iran for the simple reason that the US (CIA) and Britain (MI6) carried out Operation Ajax in 1953, the coup that triggered Iran’s animosity with the West. It deposed the democratically elected Prime Minister Mosaddegh who’d nationalized the country’s oil being ransacked by Britain and the US. It amounted to Grand Theft in breach of International Law and the UN sat on its hands and did nothing. It led to the imposition of the US puppet Shah who gave the oil back to the thieves. Iran is still being punished for getting rid of the Shah and kicking out the plundering oil thieves. If Penny Wong doesn’t know this, she has no right being in government. And Labor has no right governing.
Mossadegh was appointed PM by the Shah. His fingerprints were all over the murder of the previous PM.
Sure, he nationalised the Oil Industry and booted BP out, but he didn’t have any technicians ready to replace them. Result: No oil industry, no income. Similar later happened in Venezuela.
The Shah [legally] dismissed him, Mossadegh wouldn’t go, the army staged a coup.
Kermit Roosevelt was CIA Chief of Station in Tehran at the time, wrote a bestseller about his role, many years later was forced to admit it was mostly fiction.

If our ‘strategic reserves’ were maintained as they should have been, there would be no ‘crisis’ yet.
Fuel goes stale, so the reserve has to be continually tapped, which means we need to refine crude oil here for the domestic market.
Our problems include: India has cut off our supply [which originates from Russia anyway] and we’ve sanctioned Russian fuel [which Trump has removed sanctions from until April 10, but Australia’s sanctions remain in place.
Albo could go cap in hand to Trump, he’s not known for vindictiveness/sarc
I am very disappointed in Penny Wong’s remarks, opinions and alliance to Israel’s ambitions. I support Iran in this conflict in the light of the deaths of so many young and innocent resulting from Trump’s bombs in his senseless war.

Penny having a Malaysian heritage should know what Asian/Muslim modesty is all about. So if Iran a predominantly Muslim country is not keen to have their women semi clad we shoud not be going to war with them. I understood that Australia sources oil from other regions, although our source from Singapore only gets fuel from the Middle East. We have fuel three months in advance according to a worker at our biggest refinery near Geelong and no shortage of crude oil. Some servos are running out of fuel because the narrative on the media is hysterical and scaring people who are rushing them. Australia also has access to a pooling priority with 18 other nations if need be. This is BS!
