Billionaire Kerry Stokes is Bruce Lehrmann’s puppet master for all his media interviews for 12 months which shows up in a contract Lehrmann signed with Stokes’ Channel Seven on either the 2nd of April or the 21st of April 2023.

Kerry Stokes’ Seven, as per the video below, is also the one driving a compensation payout of $12 million for Bruce Lehrmann for the claimed damage that has been done to his reputation and life by the Brittany Higgins rape allegation.

Bruce Lehrmann’s contract with Kerry Stokes’ Seven is similar to the contract that Ben Roberts-Smith signed with Seven to get funding for his defamation case against Nine Entertainment’s newspapers. Once Ben Roberts-Smith’s dodgy deal with Seven was exposed the deal was transferred to Kerry Stokes’ private company Australian Capital Equity.

Part of the Ben Roberts-Smith / Kerry Stokes deal stated that if Ben Roberts-Smith won his defamation case Kerry Stokes would get his costs back as well as 15% of the damages paid to Ben Roberts-Smith.

Given the above, there has to be a real possibility that Seven and/or Kerry Stokes are funding Bruce Lehrmann’s defamation case which would help explain why Seven are pushing an ever-increasing compensation payout amount for Lehrmann which is currently sitting at $12 million.

Seven’s deal with Bruce Lehrmann

Based on the below first page it is hard to tell whether it was signed on the 2nd of April then with a stroke separating April 2023 or whether the stroke is a one meaning it was signed on the 21st of April. Either way Lehrmann and Seven had a contract in April 2023 months before the interviews on Seven’s Spotlight program in June and August 2023 which Seven lied about by denying any payment to Lehrmann.

The payment shows up in paragraph 6 with Seven paying 12 months rent for Lehrmann which the estimated value is over $100,000.

In the below video Seven’s TV hosts in August 2023 increase Bruce Lehrmann’s compensation claim from $5 million to $6 million on Seven’s Spotlight interview on a Sunday to $12 million the following day on Seven’s Sunrise show. It’s what is known as “setting expectations” and in this case, it is setting the expectations of the public.

I have to wonder if Bruce Lehrmann has a second contract with Seven and/or Kerry Stokes and we know Ben Roberts-Smith’s deal with Seven was transferred to Kerry Stokes’ private company Australian Capital Equity.

For Bruce Lehrmann a lot rides on his defamation case. If he loses there is zero chances he can ever claim any compensation but even if he wins that does not guarantee he will get compensation. Bruce Lehrmann’s evidence under oath on the witness box had no credibility and the judge really has no choice but to find Lehrmann was not a credible witness and that will have ramifications long into his future.

The Bruce Lehrmann defamation trial will continue until Friday the 22nd of December 2023, and I will keep watching and reporting.
