Kerry Stokes’ Channel 7 deleted evidence of their crimes in the Bruce Lehrmann matter after 7’s lawyers intervened

Kerry Stokes’ Channel 7 deleted evidence of their crimes, illegally publishing evidence from Bruce Lehrmann’s rape trial, claims Channel 7 whistleblower Taylor Auerbach in an affidavit as per below.

From what I can tell Channel 7 likely deleted the evidence after they received a subpoena from Channel 10 for that exact evidence. If that is the case, then that is another crime by the Kerry Stokes controlled Channel 7.

Taylor Auerbach is the perfect former Channel 7 insider to blow the whistle, and his evidence has the potential to expose a lot of people for crimes including internal and external lawyers for Channel 7.

The allegations leaked against Taylor Auerbach, which I published last week in an article titled “Channel Seven paid $1000’s for prostitutes for Bruce Lehrmann approved by owner Kerry Stokes“, have been superseded by Auerbach’s own allegations against Seven and others. Auerbach’s allegations will be tested when he gives evidence in court on Thursday (4/4/24).

It has been well known and blatantly obvious that Bruce Lehrmann and Channel 7 colluded, via the Spotlight interview, to intimidate Brittany Higgins not to give evidence in Lehrmann’s defamation case. Ten’s barrister, armed with Taylor Auerbach’s affidavits, said as much on Tuesday afternoon (2/4/24) in court when he successfully argued the case should be re-opened to hear new evidence.

Justice Michael Lee was meant to hand down his judgment today (Thursday 4/4/24) in Bruce Lehrmann’s defamation case against Channel 10 and Lisa Wilkinson but that has been vacated because of Taylor Auerbach’s new evidence.

The new evidence, and any rebuttal evidence, will be heard today (Thursday 4/4/24) and possibly tomorrow. It could also mean that Bruce Lehrmann will be recalled to give evidence to refute the allegations made by Taylor Auerbach regarding Bruce, sex workers and cocaine.

Below are paragraphs 19, 20 and 21 of Taylor Auerbach’s affidavit: (Click here to read the full affidavit)

Taylor Auerbach affidavit - Sevens lawyers

Lawyers advising staff to delete evidence of a crime is a crime in itself. It is another crime to delete evidence to avoid handing it over to comply with a subpoena.

Justine Munsie is the partner at Addison Lawyers who looks after Channel 7 and Richard Keegan from Addison Lawyers mentioned in paragraph 20 above reports directly to Munsie. Keegan is the main lawyer I dealt with when Kerry Stokes and Seven were running their 4 SLAPP lawsuits against me from 2014 until 2022.

I published the below video, on the 14th of December 2023, titled “Kerry Stokes’ and his lawyer Justine Munsie’s corruption and the judges that turned a blind eye”.

Justine Munsie also wrote some of the affidavits for Ben Roberts-Smith’s witnesses in his defamation case against Nine where Roberts-Smith were busted colluding with his own witnesses trying to pervert the course of justice.

Because of Taylor Auerbach’s new evidence Justine Munsie, Richard Keegan and likely internal lawyers at Seven are in big trouble, as I tweeted below, and the “Proper Officer of Seven Network” has now been ordered to show up to court at 9.30am today (4/4/24) to explain.

Another person exposed in Taylor Auerbach’s affidavit is Bruce Lehrmann’s cocaine dealer John MacGowan with Auerbach saying at paragraph 17 (m) that John MacGowan was with him and Bruce Lehrmann when they spent $10,315 at the Sensai Thai Massage business on the 26th of November 2022. At this point Macgowan has not responded to the allegation.

Taylor Auerbach

Directors of companies have legal liability for certain crimes by their employees so Seven’s Directors should be making sure their Directors insurance is current. Then there are numerous former and current Seven employees in Taylor Auerbach’s affidavit that are in a lot of trouble.

As I said in the previous article on this matter “Intimidating a witness is a criminal offence, so if that is the case, and I have no doubt it is, then the whole Spotlight interview was a crime and everyone involved should be charged by the NSW police.” (Click here to read more)

Taylor Auerbach has the potential to blow the whole Bruce Lehrmann cover-up and fraud scam wide open and there will be a lot of worried people who won’t be sleeping well at the moment.

  1. A good article, but I think this sentence in paragraph 5 is an inadvertent error:
    “Seven’s barrister, armed with Taylor Auerbach’s affidavits…”

I think that should read “Ten’s barrister, armed with Taylor Auerbach’s affidavits…”, a reference to Dr Matt Collins.

  2. Of course NSW police will quietly ignore all of this and the courts will enforce nothing. Business as usual in Rum Corps-land.

  3. IMHO, I cannot imagine that, Kerry Stokes; the Channel 7 media mogul and the Channel 7 network are not experiencing further and ongoing slumps to their finances and their TV world “prestige” from their chosen Ben Roberts-Smith and Bruce Lehrmann narratives.

I see the Seven West Media P/L closed at 0.19 cents / share yesterday. It was once over $15.00 in April 2007 and 0.40 cents / share this time last year.

I can’t imagine the short-term and long-term shareholders would be very happy at all. Hey, but what do I know?

  4. Is no forensic data recovery being conducted on Channel 7 hard drives, Auerbach’s phone etc? Seems odd to me the court is just taking Seven’s word for it that there’s no more emails and not taking steps to have them discovered forensically.
