The self-proclaimed Neo-Nazis that assaulted Indigenous Australians in Melbourne on Sunday, after the March for Australia Rally, didn’t wear their regular attire of masks to hide their identities. Why?
Not wearing their masks is almost certainly because their numerous assaults at the March for Australia Rally, and afterwards against Indigenous Australians at the Camp Sovereignty, were premeditated and they knew the criminal charges they would be facing increased the maximum sentence for offenders who wear a mask.
I published a video of the assaults on Tuesday (2/9/25) as per below. At the 3-minute mark the Neo-Nazis charge up the hill and start assaulting Indigenous Australians and at about the 7-minute mark the video quality becomes clearer and you can see Thomas Sewell.
As I point out in the video there are allegations that the Neo-Nazis assaulted women, which none of the Neo-Nazis supporters are denying, which I think will end their Neo-Nazi movement.
Three Neo-Nazis have been charged, as per the Victoria Police media statement, Thomas Sewell, Nathan Bull who is the son of a former Victorian police officer and an unnamed person.
Thomas Sewell was hit with 25 new charges, was already on bail for 2 other matters and hit with more charges for a third matter on Tuesday, bringing his total current matters before the court to four. (Click here to read more)
Nathan Bull and the other unknown person were hit with 3 charges each.
All three have been charged with “Affray” and “Violent disorder” and as you can see below Affray has a maximum sentence of 5 years but if you wear a mask it is increased to a maximum of 7 years, and Violent disorder has a maximum of 10 years but increases to 15 years maximum if you wear a mask.

CRIMES ACT 1958 – SECT 195I

(3) A participant in violent disorder commits an offence and is liable to—

As per the below video the Neo-Nazis marched through Melbourne’s CBD (Saturday the 9th of August 2025 at 12am) only 3 weeks ago wearing masks except for their leader Thomas Sewell.
So, why did they wear masks 3 weeks ago but not on Sunday when they assaulted numerous people?
The reason is obvious. They planned on attacking people on Sunday and they knew if they wore masks and were later charged with crimes such as “Affray” and “Violent disorder” their jail sentences would be increased if they wore masks.
In the below picture Nathan Bull is wearing a mouthguard. Why? He planned for violence.

Conclusion
The Neo-Nazis assaulted Indigenous Australians knowing their crimes were being filmed and didn’t care because that was their plan to help promote their Neo-Nazis group and attract new members.
They didn’t wear masks to reduce potential jail time, Nathan Bull wore a mouthguard prepared for violence, they ran up the hill on Thomas Sewell’s orders to attack Indigenous Australians even though they knew their crimes were being filmed and at least Thomas Sewell has convictions for other assaults.
It was all premeditated assaults, racial violence against innocent people, including women, and should be dealt with accordingly.

Hate crimes are severe crimes that carry their intention to inflict their harms against our first nation’s citizens, perhaps they have chosen the wicked behaviours inspired by the prominent new thug groups now rampant in the USA.
Disgraceful! I hope there will ultimately be more than 3 charged. Clearly, every one of them deserves to face consequences.
These fools are encouraged by the fascists in the UK & USA. THEY NEED TO BE HARSHLY TREATED THIS RUBBISH MUST BE ENDED.
Thank You KCA
The recent Neo-Nazi assaults in Melbourne are nothing short of a national disgrace, exposing an appalling collapse of responsibility and courage across police, politicians, and the mainstream media. Police appear incapable – or unwilling – to confront violent extremism that has now spilled into public spaces, leaving Indigenous Australians and other vulnerable communities exposed to brutal attacks. Politicians respond with hollow outrage, performative statements, and platitudes, while these hate mobs continue to operate, recruit, and terrorize with impunity. And the mainstream media? Complicit in a different way: sanitizing, downplaying, and normalizing acts of racial and gendered violence, framing assaults as mere incidents rather than deliberate, hate-driven attacks, and leaving the victims to face the aftermath alone.
This is not simply negligence. It is a moral and political rot that corrodes trust in every institution that claims to protect citizens. It is a grotesque betrayal of public duty, a failure to uphold justice, and a staggering demonstration of how far some have drifted from basic ethical responsibility. When violence is allowed to flourish in plain sight, when extremism is left unchecked, and when those meant to safeguard the public are either absent or complicit, it signals a profound crisis in governance, law enforcement, and media accountability.
Australians deserve better. We deserve institutions that act with integrity, enforce the law impartially, and confront hate wherever it arises. What we have witnessed is a disgrace – a pantomime of accountability where the powerful look away while hate and violence thrive, and the innocent suffer.
Sad that the video was so jerky as it is a part of our recorded history.

Three other men, aged 32, 20 and 23, were arrested and charged by detectives on 2 September.

Highly ironic that a march against immigration (led by white extremists) attacked an Aboriginal group representing people who had been here about 65,000 years. I haven’t seen any politicians acknowledge this, let alone do something proactive about it. And Price supported the attackers. WTF?
Why is Sewell even out on bail at this point? Oh, right, so he can cause grievous bodily harm to at least 4 more members of the public. He has a long history of violent assaults and I am sure one of his previous victims will never recover physically let alone psychologically. Like I’ve already said this week, this Nazi should be breaking rocks in a remote location away from civilization for as long as it takes. I’d be fine if that was the entirety of his natural life.
