Foreign Affairs Minister Penny Wong has been exposed telling lies in the Senate pushing propaganda on behalf of the US and Israel to justify their illegal war in Iran.
Penny Wong told the Senate, as per the below video, the War did not start last Saturday (28/2/26) and then she goes on a rambling speech implying Iran started the war.
There can be no doubt that Penny Wong knows the war is illegal because when questioned about the war as per the below video, Senator Larissa Waters says twice the war is illegal, and Penny Wong fails to challenge the “illegal war” claim which she had an obligation to do if it was untrue.

The first video (1st of March 2026), as below, Penny Wong said on the ABC it was up to the US and Israel to justify the legality of the war, but Australia supports the war. If Australia supports the war Australian politicians should be able to tell us what the legal basis for the war is.
The second video, as below, is US Senator Elizabeth Warren (4th of March 2026), after a classified briefing on Iran, pointing out the war is illegal and Donald Trump has no plan for the war.
US Senator Elizabeth Warren is in the Democratic Party, so you would expect her to criticise Donald Trump but what she says is consistent with many legal experts who say the war is illegal.
The third video, as below, is Penny Wong in the Senate on the 4th of March trying to justify the war with lies which contradicts what she said in the first video on the 1st of March 2026.
So, why did Penny Wong change her mind from the 1st of March 2026 when she said it was up to the US and Israel to justify the legality of the Iran war to the 4th of March, as per the above video, where she is trying to justify the legality of the war in the Australian Senate.
Who tapped Penny Wong on the shoulder and told her to push propaganda on behalf of the US and Israel?

Documenting the government lies about the Iran war is important because as they tell new lies we can look back at the recorded lies and know they are lying again.

It’s not that the LABOR government does not have the support of all Australians – something not possible in a Parliamentary democracy in any event – it is that Labor foreign policy in this appalling instance has lost support amongst those who voted them into power in a landslide victory.

‘who tapped Penny Wong on the shoulder….’. Israel. Australian Zionist Jeremy Leibler invited Israel President Herzog after the Bondi deaths to comfort the Jewish people affected. Albanese made it a State visit. Herzog also visited ASIO HQ. Leibler believes Australia should support Israel where Australia can, and snub the ICC and the UN.
Since at least 2001 there have been Zionist sponsored visits to Israel for selected people. Minns in 2001, again with Bill Shorten for a future leaders event in 2003 ( from Trove). Neither were politicians at the time. Since then many Labor and Liberal MPs have enjoyed these visits. They come back very loyal to Israel.
