NSW Police refuse to deny PM Scott Morrison has interfered in the investigation into paedophile protector Brian Houston

The NSW police are refusing to deny political interference by Prime Minister Scott Morrison in the police investigation of his good friend and mentor Brian Houston who is under investigation for concealing his father’s sexual abuse of children.

The email I sent to the NSW Police yesterday (27/11/19) is below but I will quickly outline some of the background and a previous email I sent to the police which puts into context why it is important that the police answer the latest questions I have put to them.

Background

I have previously written about Brian Houston perjuring himself at the Child Sex Abuse Royal Commission when he was in the witness stand under oath in 2014 (Click here to read more) and I published the below video showing Brian Houston’s lies which are also relevant to this article.

The NSW police have been investigating Brian Houston for a long time but still haven’t charged him despite his open admissions as per the below video.

I emailed the NSW Police on the 10th of July 2019 and asked them if they were still investigating Brian Houston for covering up his father’s sexual abuse of children which had been reported in November 2018. I sent the email and had a response 9 minutes later confirming they were still investigating Brian Houston as per below.

I sent the below email to the NSW Police Media unit on Wednesday at 5.04pm on Wednesday (10/7/19)

Dear Sir/Madam

I am a journalist and have a question in relation to Brian Houston who is the founder and a pastor at Hillsong Church.

Can you please confirm whether or not the NSW Police are still investigating Brian Houston from the Hillsong Church in relation to his handling of the sex crimes committed by his father Frank Houston or any other crimes?

I received the below response from the NSW Police Media unit at 5.13pm on Wednesday (10/7/19)

Regarding your inquiry,

The matter continues to be investigated by officers attached to The Hills Police Area Command.

No further comment will be made while the investigation is ongoing

This was a huge problem for Prime Minister Scott Morrison given the night before he was on stage in front of 22,000 people at the Hillsong conference with Brian Houston promoting the Church. I published an article on the 13th of July titled “NSW Police confirm PM Scott Morrison’s mate Hillsong’s Brian Houston still under investigation for concealing paedophile father.” (Click here to read more)

In September 2019 it was reported that Scott Morrison tried to take Brian Houston on his visit to the USA and Washington but the White House rejected Brian Houston. (Click here to read more)

On Tuesday (26/11/19) news broke that Prime Minister Scott Morrison had phoned the NSW Police Commissioner to ask about a police investigation into federal MP Angus Taylor which had only been announced a few hours earlier.

The police started “an investigation into the origins of an altered document used to attack the Sydney lord mayor, Clover Moore.” (Click here to read more)

And a few hours later Scott Morrison was on the phone to the NSW Police Commissioner. The ABC reported:

“Federal Opposition Leader Anthony Albanese believes Mr Morrison crossed a line by calling Commissioner Mick Fuller after it was revealed police launched an investigation into an allegedly forged document used by Energy Minister Angus Taylor’s office in a political attack against Sydney’s Lord Mayor Clover Moore.” (Click here to read more)

Scott Morrison and Police Commissioner Fuller previously claimed to be neighbours and friends but are now trying to downplay their friendship.

Commissioner Mick Fuller

Putting two and two together it became obvious to me that if Prime Minister Scott Morrison phoned the NSW police to stick his nose into a police investigation into federal MP Angus Taylor then it is almost certain he would have also done the same for his good friend and mentor Brian Houston. So I sent the below email to the NSW police media unit (27/11/19):

From: SHANE DOWLING
Sent: 27 November 2019 13:33
To: xxxxx@police.nsw.gov.au
Subject: Media request

Dear Sir/ Madam

Given Prime Minister Scott Morrison called NSW Police Commissioner Mick Fuller on Tuesday the 26th of November 2019 to discuss the police investigation into federal MP Angus Taylor only a few hours after the police investigation had been announced.

  1. Has Scott Morrison at any stage also called Commissioner Fuller or any other police officer to discuss the police investigation into Hillsong Church Pastor Brian Houston?
  2. Has anyone from Scott Morrison’s office ever contacted anyone in the NSW police to discuss the police investigation into Hillsong Church Pastor Brian Houston?

Can you please respond by the close of business today so I can publish.

At the time of writing this article, I haven’t had a response from the police but they normally respond in a matter of minutes as the previous email shows so it looks like the cover-up is in full swing. I’ll follow-up in the near future.

Prime Minister Scott Morrison has always refused to answers questions about his attempt to take Brian Houston to the White House. But Scott Morrison had to have known at least since November 2018 that Brian Houston is under investigation by the NSW police yet he still jumped on stage at the Hillsong Church in July 2019 with Brian Houston and also tried to take him to Washington in September 2019.

Scott Morrison just hopping on stage with Brian Houston and trying to take him to Washington would have put the investigating police in NSW under pressure to drop the charges against Brian Houston because they wouldn’t want to embarrass the Prime Minister. That alone I think shows Scott Morrison is prepared to use his position as PM to interfere in a police investigation when it suits him for his own benefit.

Taking everything into account what is the chance that Scott Morrison has spoken to the NSW police either directly or indirectly via his staff to interfere in the Brian Houston police investigation? Almost certain I would say and the police wouldn’t deny it when I emailed them.

  1. I do not believe the PM interfered . He asked the Police Commissioner a question and got a straight
answer. Get on with the real issues.

    • Tony Dempsey, what you believe is irrelevant because you don’t have a clue in what corrupt actions the PM and the Police Commissioner are involved.
The principal of The Kangaroo Court Of Australia investigates in depth this and other possible secretive corrupt actions by the elected servants of the Australian people.
These investigations extend way beyond a basic, individual belief and that principal doing nothing else except writing an article based on what an individual ‘believes and assumes’.
Within the regular pages of KCoA reports, many people gain an insight into the actions of judges, lawyers, law officers, politicians and criminals et al, information which otherwise would not be published in the various media of news and other reports.

      • Is there any precedent to which the Police Commissioner Mick Fuller can be stood down as he has also closed the case on the Ruby Princess debacle and the investigation into the AG’s rape allegations. The man obviously has a conflict of interest when it comes to doing his job.

  2. Excellent article covering real issues by real liars, in relation to real children that were abused by this liars father, Morrison being his understudy on spiritual matters is a joke, just like Morrison is scummo as many refer to him seems fitting to me as I for one have had a gut full of government paedophiles including Police Judges Mp’s and Pm’s and where is the rest of Australia ? asleep at the wheel or at the pub Well Done.

I have been on this now since this bloke lied at the royal commission and on TV as well, and still not charged ?? the Masonic Police FORCE must be getting nervous the Domestic Terrorists are coming for you soon nowhere to run or hide , I personally have a long list of paedophile Police Very Very Bad police who should be executed in my view, beware justice is coming .

  3. This is standard practice by the NSW Police, as my experience shows. I was one of two journos who investigated the murder of Juanita Nielsen back in the 1970s. We established the truth, plus the fact that the Serious Crime Squad was covering up the murder. Frank Walker, then the State AG, agreed that we could prove the cover-up and backed our call for a judicial enquiry into the police investigation. This demand was rejected by Premier Wran. Various civic leaders requested answers to the charges we laid but on every occasion the response was “to answer would jeopardise our on-going investigation. ” The last occasion this response was given was in 2005, which was 30 years after the murder! I have no doubt thus would be the response today..
